Drove there and the sign on the door said no X-rays.
The X-ray machine was not working or they were doing only certain types of X-ray...they didn't know when the machine would be repaired
Terrible, terrible, terrible! Staff are so rude! The wait is all morning or afternoon for an xray. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
staff at the front desk was mean and impatient, barely looked at me in the face before dismissing my questions, no attempt to accommodate patient needs, robotic generic answers
Hands down worst place for ultrasound. Staff is extremely rude and Unprofessional. Customer service is absolute garbage. The staff communicate with disrespect. You show up early to your appointment and they are always in a rush to finish and get u out early without giving u proper info about ur ultrasound. I’ll never be back to this place. Staff need to be enrolled in a “customer service” course to LEARN how to communicate and deal with customers in a nice friendly way. I’ll take my business somewhere else. :)
