SCAM DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! REPORT THESE SCAMMERS TO BBB IMMEDIATELY. Booked in April for Mid-July. I requested a refund from them immediately after I booked and they charged my credit card even though I cancelled.
I was initially stressed about my check in process after reading the reviews, but found that there was nothing to worry about. Sylvia is a sweet lady that was very efficient and communicative during our check in process. Any complaints about communication issues probably has more to do with language barriers, but if you keep your messages concise and to the point then things go very smoothly. We got the 3 room condo as intended from booking and everything was clean and orderly. Thank you for a great stay!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Andy and Sylvia are complete scammers. I had booked a "luxury condo downtown Toronto" months ago. Less than a week prior to me being there, he emailed citing, "massive water damage". Andy said I would be getting my refund in 3-5 days. I haven't received a thing. I have now engaged the fraud department at RBC as well as the fraud department with Home to Go. These people are professional con artists. They will steal your money. Trust me, DO NOT book with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Wildly unprofessional business practices and rude owners. Very similar stories to the rest of the reviews here, but I'm glad I at least caught the reviews before arriving in Toronto. They operate under a new name if you're using Google to find an accommodation, "Enter The Power Booking", which I have yet to find any reviews of the business under that name. They also apparently operate under Town Flat Canada" and "Luxury Condo Downtown Canada." I'm not quite sure why a single 'business' has this many aliase... read more
I don’t know where to start. First they call their condos “Luxury”, it is the most dirty place i had to stay in, it smelled horrible and i was told to use vinegar to get rid of the smell. The person i was dealing with was appalling, no manners or interest in acting as a decent host. Needless to say that I am pending a refund as i made a double booking AND cancelled 2 months prior to checkin date (policy being full refund if cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival).
