It’s a rec-center that hosts neighborhood events along with celebrations through out the year such as Halloween, Easter and Christmas so that the neighbors and the children can visit and enjoy one another. It’s also used for local voting but most importantly it’s also used for national voting! The building may also be rented out for parties and private events. It has a fully functioning kitchen and bathrooms.
It was such a fun event with the community and kids...

For 3years we’ve been complaining and mailing pictures to the hoa of farm animals that our back neighbors have! Nothing and I mean nothing has been done. But they demand!! You pay the hoa fees. We’re tired of it this moving!!
