Mr. Brady is perhaps one of, if not the best hotel managers I have had the please of meeting. All the staff with the exception of that one female desk help(no help), were amazing. Keep shining my friend, until we meet again.
DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR THE LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES. Rate is not able to be accommodated and is exploiting families that are here for the event. They will charge you the whole length of stay even though they are fully aware many teams are eliminated early and will end up leaving prior to the end. The price gouging is ridiculous across town, and despite some of the friendly staff assuring me they could work with us, we still ended up being hosed in the end.
Stayed here while attending work related function. Did not have chance to enjoy amenities (pool, gym, etc). It was clean, well kept and adequate.
I love it here. I hate leaving. Its a home away from home for us!!! Even my Gizmo is loved and treated great!!!
