I really was grateful to Calli the front desk lady she took the time even when there was things going on at the hotel made sure that she made our stay was safe and pleasant for us and that is not easily done she really deserves to be noticed and for her efforts thank you

I am a Marriott loyalist. Very disappointed. Smells more like a motel then a hotel. Someone was definitely smoking in their room. Rooms are run down all marked up... only thing it has going for it is location.

Wish we’d stayed elsewhere. A/C sounded like a plane engine. No dishwashing liquid or cloth. Dirty coffee cup in cupboard. TV screen is going out. Thankful our stay was for just one night. On a positive note, the breakfast was great.

I’ve stayed at this TownePlace Suites each summer long-term for three years, accumulating over 200 nights. Once a reliable home base, it's undergone a major decline in maintenance, housekeeping, and especially management professionalism. My initial room on the third stay showed severe deferred maintenance—broken toilet, non-functioning TV, ripped dispenser, damaged frame, and a door that wouldn't shut properly unless slammed (and was thus left open by housekeeping on multiple occasions).
