Ugh, I travel ALOT and this hotel was subpar, the bed was awful, it was super compressed and angled so my feet were above my heart . I had a terrible sleep, not a nice stay. I hesitated to contact the staff as I felt they were I'll equipped to deal with or address my situation based upon my check in experience . There were 3 staff members just hanging out watching one on the phone while I was waiting. Only disappointing thing about our stay was the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were gross and there wasn't much to the breakfast options.
