I asked about a luggage cart and got barely a grunt. I felt bad for him honestly, because that’s a staffing decision someone above him made, but it went downhill from there and never stopped. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. We had an absolutely horrid experience here and will never, ever return. When we arrived, our room was incredibly dirty. There was dirt and hair in both the bed and the bathroom, and the pull-out couch had a massive stain. Worst of all, the mattress topper had a huge, disgusting yellow stain and other spots on it. When we asked for a new one, Steven flat-out refused, saying, "We don't clean those." The way Steven treated us was completely out of line and aggressive. ... read more

Checked in on 6/29/26. We arrived at 11:30pm and Robert was fantastic. He was very kind, with a friendly smile, and made sure we had everything we needed. We had some things missing from the room and he gladly helped us. I would give him 5 stars! Fast forward to check out 6/30/26 around 10:30am. We went in to check out.
