We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites! Our two-bedroom suite was incredibly nice, with separate bedrooms with actual doors, a comfortable living area, kitchenette, and plenty of space to relax. One of the TVs wasn’t working, but it honestly wasn’t a big deal, and the person at the front desk was awesome when we brought it up. I have stayed close to 120 nights across different Marriotts in 18 states. This is by far the WORST Marriott I have stayed in and I will not come back to this location. I will tell others to stay away. From the brown stains on my bed at check-in. To room service slipping cleaning of my room if I'm lucky they'll hang a bag of towels on the door. I Made a later call to the front desk for a few things we needed in our room. Dillon picked up was incredibly friendly. He was up to our room on the 5th floor within two minutes with everything we needed. Prior to that while enjoying the pool with my family, I watched Dillon come into the pool area and restock the empty towel rack with a smile on his face. His added professional, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra mile made me and my family feel at home on our stay! Way to go Dillon and everyone on the Towne place tea... read more
