Given the high reviews for this property, my experience was incredibly disappointing and fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. The TV is outdated and needs an update. The entire hotel needs a make over. Upon checking into Room 227, I immediately encountered severe cleanliness issues: an ant on the pillow, a bug on the ceiling, and hair under the sheets. This was not a good one for me and my family they keep tells us the pool is almost done since we got the room service never knocked on the door we had to go downstairs to get what we need. The sink was dropping water no good. Never again

First I'll say that the staff that checked me they were some of the friendliest staff that I've met, they were extremely professional and friendly. However, I spend approximately 100 days a year in Marriott Hotels and this by far is the worst bathroom that I've ever encountered. It doesn't meet the standards of Marriott and should be taking out a service until the problems are fixed.
