There is an old saying "lipstick on a pig" this hotel adheres to that. This is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a lot of them. The room smelled like musty wet rags. I was going to change rooms until I went to the rooms of the other guys I was with. There rooms smelled the same. The elevator on my end of the hotel was not working because of renovations. That was fine but it ment I had to use the stairs. The rubber holding the carpet to the stairs was coming off creating a tripping hazard. I c... read more
Hotel was under construction but we didn't hear any noise from it. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was generous and good variety. We only stay at Marriott group hotels. We love the service and hospitality.
Not good at all. Poor customer service at check in. Hotel is going through some renovations so some elevators are out of commission. Even when in the elevator is was super sketchy! Arrive at room and key doesn’t work properly, they said room just got re-keyed but you had to manipulate the door handle the opposite way as designed to open the door and when you allowed it to close it would not close fully so security hazard. Nice clean room. Great price. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly with a great pet price.
The only salvageable quality of this hotel is the delightful staff who do their best to accommodate guests. In particular, Ms. Kia provided outstanding service, allowing me to attempt to change rooms, only to discover it was not a room issue, but a hotel issue and consequently allowed me to remain in the original room I received at check in.
