This time I got a room at the end of the hall. It was very quiet. Away from the downstairs noise. On the 3rd floor. It had a stove,and a fridge. Almost like a small apartment.
Staff = excellent. Room = exceptional. Parking = shoots all that out of the water. The first night I had to park in the overflow parking lot which is in between the Starbucks and the hotel. My second night I had to park in the Starbucks parking lot and you can see how inconvenient that can be. There are very few handicap spots in front of the hotel. I had a great experience at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. Prabhjot Kaur at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. She was professional, polite, and quick to assist with everything I needed during check-in. She showed excellent customer service skills and made sure all my queries were answered with patience and a smile. Her friendly attitude truly made a positive impression. Thank you, Prabhjot, for making my stay even better!
New hotel but still appeared dated. The door didn't open with the key, I had to have a worker use their key and even then, they had to shove it open. Room seemed clean at first glance, but I saw crumbs under the table. To top it all off, ants were crawling on my items that were sitting on the table. :) Manager didn't care to handle the matter professionally. I checked out the same day I checked in due to being greeted with bugs. Wouldn't stay here if it was the last place on earth.
