This hotel scams people by charging them more than once. When finally getting someone on the phone after two weeks instead of refunding me like they said they would, they charged me two more times! When trying to get it resolved the manager is always not available or on vacation and the people who are there are not authorized to give refunds and just hang up on you. Worst hotel ever, do not stay there.
Worst hotel experience ever. I paid for the full stay ahead of time, after checking out I was charged again. I’ve been trying to get this taken care of for almost two weeks. Today I finally get a hold of the manager, she says she will refund me and instead of receiving a refund she charges me two more times. I am now missing more than 600 dollars out of my account. If you want to get scammed go ahead and stay there.

客室は、スコッツディールにある方が広いかな 朝食も単調 パンとスクランブルエッグとカッリカリ過ぎるベーコンとカボチャとか炒めたやつ コップとかフォーク無かったり、補充遅い エレベータよく壊れて修理に時間が掛かるのに4階とか ランドリーも急に使えなくなったりとか ウォルマートは歩いていけるので、立地はまあまあ タオルとかも補充少なかったり マリオットにしては…かな 同等のホテルが近場に有ったら、そちらを選びます 壁が薄いので、いびきが聞こえたり、喋っている声が聞こえたりします 部屋にある、ドリップのコーヒーを飲もうとしたのですが、いつのものか分からず、横のリプトンティーを見てみると全部の袋の横が破れていました 相当、古いものを変えずに置いてある様です 飲みません
