Everything was updated and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
I reserved a accessibler room as my brother is paraplegic and in a wheelchair. The hotel was unable to accommodate this. I chose this hotel because it was across from ORMC, and my brother would be having surgery at 5am that next morning. Before his surgery, he needed a shower the night before and morning of with surgical soap, but could not shower during our stay due to their inaccessibility and disregard for people with disabilities.
