First time staying at this location. All of the staff I ran into were friendly. Interacted with the front desk the most. Shoutout to Roman for the great service. I didn’t get the name of the housekeeper supervisor that offered to open my door for me while juggling breakfast food for two to our room. The room was nice, wasn’t expecting a dining area and a lounge chair. Will definitely be back!
Great place for a longer family stay in Orlando. The saltwater pool was a nice touch, and having a kitchen in the room made it very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is also a big plus, with downtown Orlando within walking distance.
Having an amazing stay at Townplace Suites Orlando. Was greeted by friendly and courteous Will, who really went out of his way to give great customer service.
