Having an amazing stay at Townplace Suites Orlando. Was greeted by friendly and courteous Will, who really went out of his way to give great customer service.
Beautiful hotel with bar and restaurant. Staff is what really makes the difference and they are amazing! Forgive any misspellings or titles as our visit was due to emergency visit to the hosptial but, Ramon the GM, Desiree the AGM, Nathalia the Front Desk Manager, Will ( i think that was his name).. they all were genuine in their interactions and can not thank them enough for their kindness and patience. Thank you all very much for helping us and will never forget the kindness and how you treated us as family!
Very cozy place. Even though they have a kitchen, we found space to walk and cook at the same time. The room is very clean, and it has everything they need, including cookware and silverware. The only thing they need to bring is your groceries. I like it a lot.
