Ok so I usually DO leave hotel reviews. This will probably have to be my next usual stay in Orlando hotel. We live 2 hrs away and when in Orlando we have stayed at a variety of places, some good, some bad. This one was good for the price point. Franklin was at guest services and he checked us in. Staff or at least he is bilingual and he showed ua kind cuatomer service. Location is good, as some rooms allow you to see disney fireworks. AC in room barely works. Hardly any air blowing out and the room didn’t look cleaned well.
The staff were very friendly,I’ve interacted with operations ,front desk and the room upkeep staff. They were truly accommodating ! I would like for there to be an all day coffee maker and some water in the lobby or complimentary water bottles and possibly a larger office space for those here for business . The rooms have Acqua Panna water priced at $12 each… Highly recommend for those coming to visit the parks with family
Hay un solo empleado del front desk que es súper amable. Fran creo que es su nombre, después hay 2 personas más que te tratan pésimo, yo no hablo inglés y eso los desquicia se ve, pero no entiendo como no hay personas agradables cuando llegas. Pésima experiencia. Las señoras del bufet también son amorosas, la gente de limpieza y mantenimiento pasa y da los buenos días con una sonrisa, el resto… horribles
