Absolutely ridiculous. They have their own parking lot but they charge you 15.00 a night to park. Not a happy customer
I stayed at TownePlace Suites at Flamingo Crossings Village from August 1 to August 4, 2025 with my family of five while visiting Disney World. We booked a 2-queen bed suite with one bathroom, expecting a comfortable stay from a Marriott-brand property. Unfortunately, our experience was far from smooth. Couldn't wait to leave the hotel to leave this bad review for this scam, 0/4 star hotel that only gives the impression that it's a 4 star hotel when it's the furthest thing from the truth. For starters, what 4 star hotel exists where you hear everything in the hallway all day and all night? Also we got a late checkout and the front desk confirmed, but then they came knocking on our door at 11am confused why we didn't checkout- super pathetic.
