This hotel is at a great location. My family and I really enjoyed it. However before we leave we did our laundry because we didnt want to bring back dirty clothes. Their laundry machine are completely garbage. I dried my clothes clothes 3 times and it was still damp not dry at all. I ended up having to pack all my wet clothes and go to a near by laundry coin shop to redo my clothes. The hotel dryer and washer half if them are broken down.

We visited in May for Summit Cheer Nationals. We booked through our team and were happy to have a suite for a reasonable rate. When we arrived, we were pleased with cleanliness as well as service at the front desk. The first night was charged before arrival and we received a receipt that said our remaining balance was 670.52 and that amount would be automatically charged to my card. That is as expected. I had a wonderful experience with my family. A few moments that stand out, Crystal the manager from the restaurant help with all our issues because it was a long line at the front desk. The engineers were professionals and help as well. Casey the bartender gave great service and made feel like old buddies. There issue with the fire alarm during breakfast during our stay after the alarm eventually stopped the general manager came from the offices to reassure us and other guests that everything was okay.
