I like the room. The service was really nice. I like the interior of the room. But the elevator was slow. And they said they had a waffles, but they didn’t. The rest of it. Was good. it had separate buildings.
The location is good staff so so. Waited at front desk for 20 minutes with 3 other People waiting to check in while the person at front desk spoke on the phone with someone that didn’t have a reservation and was asking questions about New York. Main issue was that we got a room with a queen bed and sofa bed, but the sofa bed only had a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper, no mattress. We called down to say our mattress was missing and they said they didn’t have any. I asked if they could at least bring up a couple of more mem... read more

The location was great. Some rooms had portable air conditioning and my said it was hot in the room. My room had regular air conditioner but it would go out and I would have to call for the service man. My second and third night the ceiling in the room was leaking water or something I am still praying. The breakfast was so so there need to be a bigger variety. I also saw the staff use the dinning room eatery for storage. After breakfast they would close the sliding doors and storage people bags and suitcase and or dog cages ... read more
