Edit to add that the customer service here is absolutely awful. I’ve asked for a manger to get in touch with me, and no one has even tried to call. Also just had the worst experience with a front desk host named Alyah (Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9:30pm) I believe. She was rude and condescending. DO NOT STAY HERE. Just don’t stay here if you want working air conditioning nothing they can do for me except send up a box fan.
