We had a so-so experience here. First-off, the staff at the hotel are great. They greeted us every time we walked through the doors and offered us water daily. Everyone we came across at the hotel was super nice. The location, if you are doing anything in/around time-square was great and we loved being close to Hell's Kitchen where we found plenty of fun things to do. The rooms leave much to be desired. Britney was a lifesaver. She was very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile when we needed additional nights for our stay. Shantel was also very helpful and attentive and followed suit to make sure that we weee taken care of. The entire front desk team greeted everyone with a smile and were helpful. Location is beautiful- close to Broadway and Times Square. Subway is at the corner and Shake Shack is around the corner.
