There was so much wrong about this hotel but the only thing I will comment on is the fact that they tried to charge me $57 to check in early while having our room already available. I’m a titanium member. And you’re going to charge me to check in a couple hours early? What is the point of even having status? The room was great, breakfast was super yummy and well orchestrated! Linda did a fantastic job of finding people seating quickly, refreshing coffee when it went out and the breakfast had a lot of amazing selections! Highly recommend
Nice midtown location. Tiny rooms, noisy air conditioner, and long elevator wait times.
This is a really great location with access to the 1 in one side of the block and the NQRW on the other and within blocks of Penn Station. My room was clean with just enough space for 1 person, would be tight/ uncomfortable with more people. I'd stay here again for those reasons alone. Downsides are the room is small (would be unhappy with another person in the room and very happy unhappy with more than unhappy with me than that), the elevators are sloooooow, and I made a request for a DND sign the night I arrived and had to... read more
