This place doesn’t have proper bathroom doors. It has barn ‘door’ that doesn’t close or seal, leaving a 3 inch gap on all sides for everyone to see and hear. People don’t want a piece of wood acting like a curtain for a ‘door’ on the bathroom.

الفندق جيد جداً من ناحية اذا عندك شغل و تبي تقضيها نومة فقط يعني اذا استجمام ورفاهية فلا ما انصحك ، فيه مطبخ صغير تقضي فيه فطورك او غداك او عشاك طبعاً مافي خدمة نقل الحقائب اخدم نفسك بنفسك ، انصحك تسكن بالادوار القريبة من ١-٦ لان الاصنصير يتأخر بعض المرات فالدرج يقرب لك 🫴 الفطور خفيف جداً لكن يأدي بالغرض وحلو الموظفين بالاستقبال عسل يهبلون 🫶 في عندهم كل يوم كورنر قهوة مجاني 🤍 هالسنة من دون ماء … الموقع هو الحسنة الحلوة فيه لان قريب من كلشي وتقدر تطلع له كعابي مشي اجمالاً تقزيرة حال

The 2 stars are mainly because of the staff. The hotel itself is clean and very well located. Unfortunately, the daytime staff was unfriendly and disrespectful. We were given incorrect information, and when we tried to clarify, they made it seem like we were the ones who had made the mistake. Customer service definitely needs improvement, better training and more careful hiring would make a big difference.
