Smart/cost-efficient lodging, that still manages to keep a GREAT SERVICE 24/7 in every sense. Reception is open and available at all times, they cleaned the room and changed towels and bed sheets every couple/three days but also very quicky upon specific request. Can't think of one good thing to say. Tried multiple times to bring up my concerns with the front desk and there were only a lot of placating words but no actions to resolve. I am a Marriott Platinum member and they still did not address my issues! Issues started at Check-in, where I'd requested a high floor away from the elevator...and they had assigned me to the 9th floor (out of 45, so as low as could be) and literally right next to the elevator. This place was really good. It was clean with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The beds are comfortable and although rooms are small it is New York so it is expected. The lifts at busy times (mornings) were sometimes a bit slow. Other then this we really enjoyed our stay. Oh yes the location is really good to and great for the price paid.
