Maid service was a little spotty, but the desk clerks were awesome if we needed anything. Elevators were super fast. Good variety at breakfast, but I wasn't impressed with the coffee. Rooftop bar was cool - literally - bring a jacket, it's windy out on the terrace, but a great view of the hustle on Canal street. Could use more towel hangers in the bathroom.
