The hotel is in a great spot, clean and the staff is friendly. Kendrick that works the valet service makes it feel like you are at home. He’s the reason this place is 5. He made us feel welcomed as soon as we got out our vehicle.
The price for this hotel is great. Uber is not an issue here at all. If you just so happen to drive your own car Kendrick is absolutely amazing, literally the nicest person ever. Made my stay even amazing. It can get a little noisy with the hospital being close by but it wasn’t to bad. I would definitely recommend this place.
Great area not to busy. Breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. Kendrick the vallet attendant was by far the best part, providing equal parts service and hospitality would definitely return.
I absolutely recommend this hotel! When we walked in, we found a lovely, spacious, and clean room that made us feel right at home. The view was quite nice, but the best part was the rooftop bar—such a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the amazing sights! The staff was not only friendly but truly went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. It made our stay even more special! Only complaint was the parking lot was across the street further down from the hotel.
Had some of my employees down there for business and they would not take a company credit card with an authorization sheet even though I've had employees down there before with the same authorization sheet with the same company they booked online and I had to get on the phone with them just to make sure there was no cancellation fees because they would not honor the reservation
