I am currently staying at the hotel. Here for one night. Neither thermostat in the suite is functional. Staff didn't move me to a different room and it's fairly cold tonight, which can definitely be felt through the lack of insulation. The staff said that the batteries were probably dead in the thermostat and maintenance will come in the morning, then brought an extra blanket. Rooms are also fairly worn and definitely in need of a refresh.

If it weren't for the kitchen and location, this place would be a no-go. Stayed here for over a month on a recent work trip. The room was pretty dirty when I checked in to include mold in the shower. Pots/pans/dining utensils are either rusty or very worn and pretty disgusting. The cleaning team is either overwhelmed and understaffed or they just don't seem to be bothered to clean. This is nice hotel but the manager didn’t call me back about a problem and the clerk that was on due 22 November at 3pm was rude and has no customer service skills he need go work some where else. This is a nice hotel but customer service missing. Also they cancel my room and I had go out there to them do my refund. I am never going stay there again. I used them for Family reunion 2 years ago. So save your self the stress and go down street stay in Eastchase .
