Property is old, rooms are terrible. Would not recommend. Perfect example of how much marriot’s standards have dropped. Come here if you want stay in a motel. These are the places that show why Marriott elite status doesn’t mean shit.

This hotel was our only option near Estes Park in late July, and Jeannie was the only staff member who acted like she cared. Our room’s AC worked the first night, then deteriorated fast. By Friday it was humming loudly, the room was warm, and our asthmatic child was uncomfortable. We told Amber Saturday morning and were told maintenance would fix it at 10am. No update all day.
