Great stay! I enjoyed the Night Audit, Garrett and Security Guard Kalvins company in the middle of the night as well as service was wonderful. My room was clean and being able to walk downtown Loveland was a plus.
Rooms are very clean and tidy, the AC units work very well, and although it takes a minute, you do get nice hot water. The breakfast is excellent, goes until sometime around 11:00 which is fantastic, I hate having to wake up early to try and make breakfast at a hotel I'm staying at during a vacation when I'm not supposed to be waking up early. Staff was friendly and prompt when we requested additional towels. Overall very happy with my stay here.
We stayed here to go to Rocky Mountain NP & were very happy with the experience! From the moment we checked in we felt very welcome. The two women at the front desk chatted with us for a good bit & even recommended a good Mexican place just up the alley from the front entrance. We were also very happy with the room we got. It would have been perfect for a multi-day stay with the fully supplied kitchen, including pans & dishes. We stayed in multiple Marriott hotels over our visit to Colorado but we agree this was our favorite... read more
To say we are disappointed would be a gross understatement. At 10AM, our daughter received an email stating that there was an issue with the credit card on file and that she needed to contact the hotel before 6pm or her reservation - scheduled to begin that very evening - would be canceled. I called the hotel within two hours of that message, only to find her reservation had already been canceled, reassigned to someone else, and she had been moved to another hotel 15-20 minutes away.
