The hotel is clean and pretty quiet overall. The front desk is friendly. Lots of renovations going on. Great location to stores and resturaunts. The breakfast is lack luster , coffee is luke warm. Went for the premade bkfst sandwich .
Only booked this hotel for the pool which was never mentioned about being closed till arrival to check in.
Once again you all exceeded our expectations!!! Our visiting guests enjoyed staying at TownePlace Suites in Hamburg, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. Despite the ongoing renovations and upgrades, which can often create a hectic atmosphere, the staff truly shone. They were exceptional in ensuring that everything our guests needed to feel right at home. Thanks for the use of your wifi ready conference room.
