Great stay! The hotel was quiet and conveniently located near downtown Lawrence, with plenty of places within walking distance. The underground parking was a nice bonus, especially for a downtown location. Breakfast was included with a good variety of hot options like bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits, bread, and a waffle maker. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even printed something for me for free when I asked. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

It was a nice hotel. I do wish the t v was a little bit bigger. It was a little misleading, and some of the channels did not come in. It was very small for the room. For the cost of the room, I feel like it should have been a little better. But like I said, the room was nice. When we checked in, there was a lady who did not tell us about parking did not seem like she really wanted to be there, so we ended up parking on the street. Really terrible customer service. I’ve had to call over 10 times (not exaggerating) to get info on KU rates. They never call back. I’ve emailed twice (to an email they told me to send info to) and they never responded. I am now stuck with a non-KU rate room that I probably won’t get reimbursed for since everywhere else is booked. I wish clear information was provided when I first called. I will not be booking a room here again.

Got up, went to take a shower, found out the shower didn't work. Picked up the phone to call the front desk about this, found out the phone didn't work either. Got dressed, went down to the front desk, was told that there was nothing they could do for me. They said they'd call me later, didn't even do that. Crazy that they don't check whether their showers work. It's one of the top 2 things I need a hotel room for (the other one is sleeping)
