This was a good place to land for a night. (Actually, I think it would have been a good place to land for a number of nights if you had it to spare b/c Lawrence itself was a great town.) The staff were super approachable and helpful. The corner room was amazing. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. My parents lost their house to a tornado and stayed at a place like this off and on for over a year so I really appreciate the effort to make people feel welcome.

We stayed here and was disappointed by a few things: 1) They didnt seem to have a crib or pack and play which was strange for a hotel that serves families. 2) The staff did not even attempt to provide anything. A rollaway bed or extra bedding. They only kept saying we apologize for the inconvenience which almost looked like an automated message. Disappointed with the service we received. I provided this feedback to the staff and told them I would be writing this review.
