Taniaya the Shuttle Driver is accommodating and is a very nice, considerate person. I give her five stars! I thought the hotel was very clean and in a good place for where we like to play. Added plus for the hotel music very soothing.
Terrible place and management. I have never experienced such disrespect. I will be reaching out to Marriott. I cannot believe you would not take a walk-in late night early morning. I asked for the GM to call me back yet she does not care. I showed my Marriott ambassador status yet it was dismissed. I have instructed Marriott to lodge a complaint and possibly remove them for all Marriott websites as it is impossible to speak to a manager let alone the director of operations. For the price, convince, cleanliness and room size I have to give this 5 stars. Two friends and I friends stayed for two nights Friday - Sunday. Every staff member at the front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel was clean. We booked a suite with a queen bed and pull-out couch. The room was very spacious and perfect for three of us! The kitchenette was great to have as well. I avoided the breakfast since I am gluten free, but the others enjoyed the waffles (waffles end 15 minutes before breakfast closes).
