Room and location were great! Front desk service, not so much! I reported my television not working, and I was assured it would be fix the next day when I made it back to the room. It was not. I reported it again to the front desk and the clerk on duty had no interest. She said she wasn’t there and she didn’t know anything about it. I asked if I could switch rooms, because I really would have loved to watch television the week I was there. Love this hotel! Recently renovated and excellent location. Very attentive staff. Highly recommend TownePlace Ridgeland for a great stay.
