Excellent is a perfect word to use. Very clean rooms, floor is nice and clean. Showers were hot and inviting. Plenty of parking and handicap parking by the door. Breakfast is served at 6 wifi is free. Very clean inside and out. Staff is friendly at front desk. Rooms and beds smelled fresh and clean. Nice size rooms and the pool is beautiful. Carts to help get your luggage from the car to the room. Plenty of seating in the breakfast area. Also snacks at the snack bar in the front.
Very nice overall. Traffic hassle to get out of property- no left turn. Forgot about the sun when placing pool - it gets no sun. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.
I've never stayed in a hotel that was so loud. All night people talking and stomping up above us and beside us-slamming doors and could even hear their blow dryer. These walls must be paper thin. I would expect this in a lower cost room but not a 400$ night place.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my check-in experience at this place was very unpleasant. My friend is a Titanium Elite member and booked the room. During check-in, the night shift front desk associate asked for my ID to provide a U.S. address for my friend and never mentioned the welcome amenity. Since the Titanium member ahead of us was offered a choice of points or snacks, I asked to confirm my friend’s benefit because I wasn’t afraid that the associate used my name for check-in after checking my ID.
