Clean and spacious

The AC units need to be replaced. The first room's vent smelled like mold, with a strong urine smell. Also they spray so much chemical air freshener--it's a bit much. Staff was nice and room was comfortable though.
This place stink ! I stayed in room 004 with my mom from Oct 18 to Oct 19 and it was horrible. It smell like mildew on that floor an in the room. Your housekeepers are not doing a great job. The bathroom shower wasn’t that clean. I wish we would’ve looked at the reviews because I seen where you had bed bugs on the 3rd floor and pictures. Yall need to be shut down! Fantastic location if you're looking to go to Carowinds amusement park. Right next door to an Old country buffet but this hotel does feature free breakfast even if it is Spartan. My only complaint about this hotel is a common one and that was that the pull out sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately that is not an uncommon problem so only one star off for that.
