Before I got on the highway I called the hotel & Katie answered in the most polite & professional manner. As a person who works in a hectic customer service field I appreciated that. Once I got there to check in she even more bubbly in person. She is a delightful person and assisted & answered any questions. Thank you Katie!

Staff is rude. Not accommodating
Had a rough night at this property. The hallway had a strong cannabis smell to it and my wife and I were kept up until about midnight by a barking dog on our hall. Will not be back.
