Let me start by saying that the staff were super friendly and the customer service was great. Upon checking in, some sketchy random guy walks to the counter and starts talking to the receptionist. When he sees me waiting he expects me to check in while he's still stood there. That was my first red flag. Then I spoke to another guest who was checking out and immediately noticed she was high on something, second red flag. Walmart right next door, third red flag. Really was surprised at the great staff, clean rooms and honestly, such a peaceful atmosphere. I am an ambassador honors member, and have been to quite a few hotels over the years! This one surprised me the most! It actually felt like home!! Thank you ALL! GREAT JOB!

Close to Fort Liberty/ Bragg, it's a convenient place to stay while visiting the base. Rooms are clean, and breakfast is plentiful. Plentiful. The fitness center is sparse, and the pool is small. There was a helpful computer and printer in the lobby. A complaint is there were a lot of dirty ashtrays on the front patio where one can breakfast outside, making that less desirable.

We had a problem with our room. We asked to be moved the next day and they said they were booked. When I called Marriott home office they got us a room very quickly. Breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were like a door stop. Hard as can be. The gravy i don't think had sausage in it. The first day I went there early and they didn't have any Breakfast available. They had ran out. They cooked more but someone should have noticed it. They weren't even busy that morning.
