Worst stay I’ve ever had with a Marriott property as a Platinum Elite member. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone traveling through the area. The room was dirty, specifically the room floor and the shower pan looked like it’s never been scrubbed. Was not able to check in when my reservation said I could, staff was very rude, late check out was not honored as a member, general manager tried to apologize and have a small chat with me but he’s far from professional and was very sarcastic throughout the... read more
