Booked 3 hotel rooms for myself and two coworkers, we ended up working through the night and weren't able to make it to the hotel before the checkout time, staff was not understanding of the situation and would not wave any of the fees and charged us full price for all three rooms, i myself am an ambassador level member and normally marriot hotels are willing to work with me and be flexible, but not this one. Do not recommend this hotel.
