After this experience I will not be going back to another one. I'm very disappointed with the Marriot brand. The front desk clerk did move us which I appreciated but it wasn't worth the inconvenience of packing and unpacking to move from and to different floors. From the broken toilet, broken cracked sink, condensation around HVAC unit, stained tub, stained ceiling lights, dirty cups & mirrors. It was disgusting. Decided to stay in Michigan a night before going back home and ran into Towneplace Suites.... my first impression pulling into the driveway was "this doesn't look like your typical towneplace" meaning it looks a little ghetto. When I got in i eased up because it does look better on the inside than it does the outside. The woman who checked me in was very nice but I cannot believe these people have a $100 deposit!!! This place is so disgusting. Had to switch to 5 different rooms. Mold in every room. This place is a health hazard.

Service and location are good but cleanliness is terrible. Carpets in the general areas and my room were so dirty it was difficult in some places to see the carpet pattern. Hard floors were very dirty as well. Vanity mirror not cleaned and gross. Dried urine around sides and base of toilet. Bathtub drain was clogged upon arrival. Very limited strength-training equipment.
