We were there for our family reunion. The rooms were really nice and clean. They had a nice patio with grills (which we were grateful for because we used them!). The breakfast was pretty decent. The area was small and we didn't think there would be enough room for everyone to eat but somehow or another it worked out and the ladies who did the breakfast made sure we had everything we needed. It's alright. It meets some of the standards I expect for a Marriott, except the breakfast tends to run out and take a while to refill, and the internet is painfully slow and inconsistent. The "fitness center" has only a few pieces of equipment tightly crammed so closely together they are functionally unusable but they line the walls with mirrors so it looks a lot bigger from outside the room. The rooms are mostly clean, except that they could use a good sweeping, and have odd stains on various surfaces.
They charged food to my room that was not ordered. They would not offer a refund, nor would they offer proof of it happening. Terrible showers. Your options are a cold shower, or 30 seconds of scalding water, followed by 60 seconds of ice water on repeat. We will not be staying here again.
The staff there is awesome! Had a fun family reunion and really appreciated Franklin! She was super helpful and made our transition smooth. Breakfast is alright and the rooms are a little dated, but overall great experience. I'd come back!
They didn't have Wi-Fi. Construction dudes were hanging out right outside our room, crushing cases of beer. Room was run down. Pretty shocking for a Marriott property. There are better options in the area.
