they randomly removed my stuff from my room without notice and trashed the majority of my belongings. then they gave my room to some other people. god knows where the rest of my stuff went.
When we first arrived it looked like a nice place to stay. Clean, nice pool, no weird smells. Got to the room and it was noticeably hot. Even a big difference from the hallway to the entry of the room itself. Air barely coming out of the vents. Gave it some time, figured it may have sat for a while with nothing running and the suite needed time to cool off. But even after an evening out it never seemed to cool off. Marla was SO kind and patient during our check in, she is very welcoming and made all the difference in our stay. You can tell she is such a people-person. We had trouble checking in (thanks AirBNB), and she was doing everything in her power to help us out! I would stay here again JUST because of her. Super sweet lady <3

I have stayed 270+ nights at Marriott properties and have never felt the need to leave a negative review until now. After my stay July 10-12, I was charged $75 for alleged linen damage. The only documentation provided was photos of linens on a laundry room floor — no room number, no in-room photos, no housekeeping report connecting those items to my specific stay.
