My family and I stayed here a total of 8 days, the staff are incredible and it’s a very clean and organized hotel, room has a full kitchen and comfortable beds. The dog park was a huge plus, loved spending time there in the morning and evenings. I stayed in the 4th floor and the whole 8 days there the AC didn’t work once, we were offered a box fan and it was still horrible. Nice place. Comfortable and stylish interior. Quiet.
Room smelled. Someone on staff I ASSUME knocked on my door twice . When there was no answer they let themselves in. Saying HELLO? Once they noticed they could not get in all the way they left . They did not announce themselves . I had my do not disturb sign on the door & had only been checked in for an hour IF that. Management did nothing about this & still has yet to reach out or refund fir the inconvuence during our stay.
