i always stay here when visiting family and friends in columbus. very warm, comfortable, and good for bringing your dog!
I would highly recommend this hotel. It was so clean, Dean, (the general manager) and the front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. The area was safe, parking was simple, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a great stay!
This hotel was a disaster from the moment I arrived. The front desk lady was clearly in no shape to be at work — she forgot to charge me for my room and made check‑in way more difficult than it needed to be. The next morning, the manager called me and was unbelievably rude. I explained that I couldn’t access my cards until noon because I was at an event, and that I would call back to pay.
