Not sure if I’ve ever written a 1-star review but now I have to. I was looking at the good reviews and 9.0 on hotels.com, so I thought it’d be a great place to stay at. Not quite. Our room smelled insanely bad when we walked in. We figured later that the smell must’ve come from something toxic/ poison for bugs. Then we found possible bedbugs and it was enough for us to go see the front desk. The lady at desk was great she helped us with an accessible room after a place we booked with a month in advance gave our room to someone else. Glad we found Towne suites,room was clean quiet. Thank you
