No hot water, hotel was dirty. $10/day parking fee on top of hotel costs in a low traffic area is ridiculous. Staff was nice.
The pool was broken the entire 2.5 weeks we were there and no one could tell us why. When the younger girl did breakfast, it was very dirty and hardly any food. She would be out watching TV or talking to the front desk. Housekeeping kept taking the dish towl and not leaving one so we would need to ask for one almost every time they cleaned.
This hotel is located next to the loudest street racing road in the world. Every time the stoplight turned green there was several very loud cars and motorcycles racing. The noise finally stopped at 1:00 am. Could not sleep until then. Not going back to this hotel just for that reason. FYI, I asked for a quiet room. They do not have a quiet room.
Great stay! Mike, the night guy was so helping and gave great knowledgeable insights into things to do here. Coffee was always hot and fresh in the morning, and he always had a smile in his face.
I never have a bad experience at Marriott hotels. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
