Grrwt place to stay
This was one of the most discouraging and dehumanizing hotel experiences I’ve had, and it exposed serious failures in how this property treats guests with disabilities. The problems started before I even got inside. There were only three designated accessible parking spaces, and unbelievably, the only way to access the sidewalk ramp into the hotel was by navigating between cars parked in those spaces. I was having a bad day and the Housekeeper came to clean my room. I went down to the lobby with my laptop to get out of her way. When I came back to the room, There was a personal note from the Housekeeper stating, "Hope you are enjoying your stay! If you need anything,let me know!-Rachel :)". THIS MADE MY DAY!!!!! I found her and told her "THANK YOU" and went right to the GM and told her about the note. That right there is going the "extra mile"!!!!! Great job, Rachel!!
Check in was a breeze. Rooms and especially the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of room and very clean. Breakfast had everything that you wanted to start your day
