I’ve stayed at this TownePlace Suites several times over the years, and unfortunately there seems to be a recurring issue with service and front-desk availability. During my most recent stay in July 2026, I waited in the lobby for quite some time with no one at the front desk. I eventually started calling Marriott to cancel my stay while I was standing in the lobby, and only then did someone finally appear. Great place to stay. Had my work vehicle work me on this trip so I had an issue parking near hotel. Everything else was great!
The hotel is conveniently located near alot and the room was great. Unfortunately, the lobby smelled awful, like an old dirty sour mop the 3 days we were there! Your staff may want to pay closer attention to things like this, it made sitting in the lobby not as enjoyable. The young man at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly, however, the remainder of our stay, not one other employee acknowledged us to say hello or anything, which again a small act of kindness goes a long way and shows professionalism.
