the location is really good. laundry room is there for guests and each load costs $3.50

The hotel and location are great but the only issue is parking. You can purchase a parking pass when you book your room but that does not guarantee you parking. The deck is a shared deck with limited availability. My wife had to park 2 mile away and pay for an uber to the hotel because they did not have any parking after we paid for it. The also towed our friends car who was park legally. Hotel is nice but I do not recommend bringing a car because you won’t be able to park or if you do you will still get towed.

All in all just a bad dirty place and bad experience. Broken treadmills, burnt out light bulbs, broken and tired looking furniture, fire alarms going off, dirty rugs, smelly elevators, rude front desk staff. Place is not cheap and not good. Even when you submit feedback they don't even respond. Find someplace else.

I’ve stayed at this TownePlace Suites several times over the years, and unfortunately there seems to be a recurring issue with service and front-desk availability. During my most recent stay in July 2026, I waited in the lobby for quite some time with no one at the front desk. I eventually started calling Marriott to cancel my stay while I was standing in the lobby, and only then did someone finally appear.
