The Delta hotel is made up of 2 distinct parts - a tower and a surrounding 1-star motel-like 2 storey elevator-less lodging. At booking, the reviews appear mixed, however, it isnt clear why there is such a big "delta" in reviews. My colleague and I booked using the same tool. Due to their status, they got upgraded to the 7th floor suite in the tower, while I got a dingy dark smelly 2nd floor motel room, with no elevators. I carried my luggage up the stairs. We arrived and there were over 50 people checking in at once, but the line moved rather quickly. When we got to our room, I opened the drapes and was faced with 430 foot air-conditioning units that even block the sky.  At $300 a night for a room I hardly think that’s an appropriate room to put anybody in.  We were in a bit of a rush and we’re unable to change our room, but I did call to speak with the front desk manager, Olivia.  She absolutely had no compassion and was unwilling to make things right.  At that price, please ... read more

I'd like to share a fair and objective review about a recent 2-night stay at the Envoy Hotel, Autograph in Seaport Boston. First, the location and harbor views are grand! The rooms have this huge, floor-to-ceilng window where you get a panoramic view of downtown Boston as well as the adjacent harbour. Would not recommend this hotel. First the positives, the cleaning staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient; desk staff were also good, but extremely busy; the room is a good size for a New York hotel, and for the price; The negatives: Breakfast was o.k., cheap, low quality foods, the eating area is extremely small and always crowded, it's very difficult to find a seat. omg the stay was awesome down to the staff breakfast and housekeeping please make sure they get their flowers Joyce the manger was awsome very sweet oxana was great from the time i came to the time i left she was so sweet and helpful when it comes to finding places to go also ms Linda and Vernita was a special help other than that please fix the ice on the 1st floor didnt like to go up and down the stairs to get to the ice machinme

We arrived a little early, and since there were rooms available, we chose to wait for one on the same floor as our event. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. There’s ample parking if you’re driving a car, but unfortunately, my truck didn’t fit in the garage. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were great, and once I figured out the lighting, it was easy to manage. Beautiful room and desk clerk was so polite and professional. I think her name was Ava. Young white female. She was so accommodating! Will definitely stay her again.
