The front desk agents are awesome, housekeeping took great care and detailed in cleaning the room. I stayed on the TownPlace side and even all of the kitchenette equipment was very clean and ready to use. This is one of my favorites in the Boston area plus you can't beat the short walk to the orange line transit.
There were bugs in the bed.
The hotel is great but honestly it feels like their ACs are rigged. The fan runs and just blows lukewarm air. The actual condenser rarely turns on. I stayed in two different rooms and both ACs behaved the same way.
