Front desk staff could not have been more accommodating. My husband had a procedure done at Mass General and Sophia kindly offered us a 2pm checkout so he could rest. Rooms were clean and location as next to Assembly Square. The only thing that could have been better would have been a sofa in the room so we weren’t limited to sitting in bed would definitely stay again.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 4 years. I loved it at, at first. I only write positive reviews but this is an exception. 2 stays ago I was told I would receive Marriott points for an unsatisfactory stay. Never received the points. This last stay a week ago was by far the worst. Queen sizes pillows on a king size bed. The bed had no fitted sheet. Just a mattress pad.
