We had the worst experience of any hotel stays we’ve ever had. My husband and I booked this hotel for the night of the wedding. We called ahead of time letting them know we would be there around 11:30 pm. We arrived to find no staff at the front desk. We waited in our dress/tux for over 40 minutes, we searched every floor for staff, knocked on the staff doors, and while waiting another guest arrived who decided to call the cops. I was disgusted by the filthy condition of our suite. I should have read the more recent reviews prior to our stay. The odor of the room smelled like a combination of body odor and cat urine. The air was also stuffy and humid. The floors, carpeting and furniture upholstery were visibly dirty. The carpeting looked old and the furniture fabric was very old and worn. Clean rooms, a little outdated, but everything was in working order. TVs are old. Service from the staff was great.
Older hotel but good and comfortable
The hotel needs an update, especially for what they charge. We have stayed at this brand throughout our travels and this was the worst of them all. The floor boards in the room look like they were chewed up by a dog and not repaired. Im not sure what happened in the bathroom, but the floor boards and trim need to be ripped out and replaced. The AC unit was really loud, along with the bathroom fan. The TV was super small, I couldn't even read the guide from the bed.
