The woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful in checking us in. However, when we got into our room we noticed that there was stuff on the rug and it did not look like it had been vacuumed. There were hairs on the pillow cases and sheets making us wonder if the sheets had been changed. And worst of all I went into the bathroom and noticed on the counter that there were hair clippings from the last person who had been in there. Initially we were satisfied with the room, staying two nights. Upon returning after the first day, room was not cleaned, beds unmade, waste baskets full. Used towels which were supposed to be replaced according to sign in bathroom were left in bathtub. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable.
Most of the channels don't work but you get HBO Max free. Decent breakfast, and the rooms are pretty nice.
Got a suite for 2 days. It was nice to walk in and have a window open. The sound of nature outside was great. Very clean room. Great check in as well, polite and professional.
