I use this hotel for frequent business trips to the area. I used to tell my business to book me in this hotel because I used to like it. The staff had been very friendly and welcoming and I appreciated their welcome gift bag for being a Marriott member when I first used this hotel. It seemed homely and personalized. The rooms were outdated, with shelves that are stained and sometimes rickety, but I initially didn’t mind and felt they were sufficient. Now the staff are hit or miss.
