I really enjoyed my weekend stay here and this hotel exceeded my expectations fr! Didn’t know what to expect when booking here as my first time But I’m glad I did! The front desk team was so polite and helpful. The work desk in the room and the colorful lamp made my remote work feel at home. The L- shaped kitchen counter and the already fully equipped kitchen supplies made me feel as though I was in an air b n b… my son enjoyed the pull out sofa and the pool. The location of the hotel is perfect for our needs. The price is very reasonable for this area outside Atlanta. But the exterior of the hotel continues to degrade. Dead or dying bushes. Multiple areas of bare dirt and mud to the point mud is running across the parking lot. Old furniture and broken down bikes on property. Multiple areas of paint peeling off exterior in sheets. Interior is drab and smells of stale cigarette smoke. Not what you would expect from a Marriott property.
