We were notified via EMAIL less than 24 hours prior to our check-in that our room layout would not be available for our two young kids, dog, and husband and me. We made these reservations 4 months ago and they are trying to substitute two studio rooms instead of what we reserved. Following our stay- we did get our initial choice of room. Immediately after checking in, we got stuck in their elevator and we had to call the front desk that we were stuck (they seemed unaware the elevator was stuck). This place had a darkness to it in the hallways. Tiny oven. The rooms were not all that big for a suite. Not the typical entry way into the hotel. It was two separate buildings. Parking was a bit cramped. Seemed slightly off the beaten path for access to restaurants and shopping market.
I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last few years, and nothing has changed… my recent stay was the worst yet. The door to our room was broke, and you had to move the handle up n down several times then press hard for it to work.. the mattress had a giant in dent/hole in it. The dryer ruined about $200 worth of clothing.. very disappointing
