My friends and I booked this hotel and the rooms and service were terrible. When we entered our suite, there was an open white paint bucket and roller on the table, a coat on a chair, and a bedsheet being used as a drop cloth for a paint spot on the wall—clearly unfinished work left in the room. The smell of fresh paint also raised concerns about paint fumes. None of the room phones worked, so we had to go to the front desk. Convenient Great Breakfast
Great stay! Shoutout to Betty at the front desk for solving my slight issue with the stay, she was extremely kind and responsive.
Hotel canceled reservation without informing me. Reservation was booked 2 weeks in advance. Called and Betty at the front desk said yes we’re sold out and we didnt have a number to call but as a member of 10 years with the number on file and a previous employee this was truly a let down as I have a 5 hour drive for medical procedures.
