First time I've ever had roaches in my room TV was out for 4 days, and every day, I got the same excuses...
Well.....the staff is great, especially the manager; he was very nice and sympathetic to my plight. The hotel would be great. It desperately needs to be remodeled; if that happens, it would be the marriott property we're used to!
THIS HOTEL STINKS! IT REALLY SMELLS HORRIBLE. I have stayed at this location on and off for work over the past 2 years because of the price and location. However, I can not take the smell of this place anymore. My nose takes a beating every time I stay here! During my last couple of stays, I had to go to Target and get room de- odorderizer and spray on the carpets to get the smell out. Check- in was pleasant and smooth. Nayeli, front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Nayeli suggested signing up for the Marriott rewards program because I stayed at several Marriott hotels in the past. Thank-you Nayeli for the information. Recently I booked at TownePlace Suites at this location. Again I was greeted by Nayeli. The check in was quick and Nayeli answered all questions I asked.
