Black mold on all AC vents and ceiling above them. Bathroom exhaust full of dust and filth. Entire hotel smells. Bugs crawling on walls. Spoke with hotel staff and was told they couldn’t do anything about it for 2 days given the manager is out. Spoke with corporate and was told the best they could do was put us in a nearby hotel for double the cost. Thanks Marriott. Way to oversee and back your brand. Do NOT book this hotel. Very nice place to stay
Wow
The property is older but some rooms are better than others. The front desk staff with the exception of Nayelsi, aren't very welcoming, and do not care to provide exceptional service. This isn't uncommon for a property that's owned by different people. Upon settling into my room, I seen a bed bug. Based on the lack of service and room conditions, I will not return.
Stay here!! Feels homely. Staff is great!
