I didn't stay there. I stopped by as part of my job. The staff are always professional and courteous. The place is always clean and smell good. The lobby music is wonderful
TownePlace Suites helped with a much needed change of reservation. Kind staff. Safe location, within walking distance of a strip mall (across the street) with restaurants, ice cream, and shops.
Rooms just ok, nothing to write home about. Customer Service needs attention to detail. I needed to Iron my shirt,but the room doesn't have either an iron or board. Ughhhhh! I called the front desk and they said to go get the one in the laundry room. I asked if they could bring me one? The agent stated shes by herself and will have to wait a while the maintenance man gets in to get one for me . "Oh Brother!!"
