The staff was wonderful. The room was cute and fully loaded with a two burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a dishwasher. It also came with pots pans, dishes, silverware and glasses. The breakfast was mediocre. Not enough options, no waffles and the coffee was weak.

The lady behind the desk is the rudest hotel worker I've ever encountered and I live in hotels 90% of the year for work and I've never came across one as rude as her. I had a reservation for 24 nights and I called ahead on a 13 hr drive to corpus christi and told them I would be late and I would like to check in now. I was told yes everything would be fine and they would get me checked in so there would be no issues. Do not stay here, especially if you are on an employee rate. Disgusting breakfast. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING SO FYI!!! We checked into the room and it was disgusting. Ice bucket had a weird residue in it. As a housekeeper supervisor at another Towneplace Suites this embarrassing and not Marriott Brand Standard. The pool had sand in it and the jets never ran.
