I'm Titanium for Life with Marriott. This was my worst stay after +800 nights in the program. They don't clean rooms without request. We were there over a week and 2 requests went unanswered. We then had to get new towels at the front desk, when the front desk was even open and manned!! These problems don't even include the 5:30 AM fire alarm that when we left at 9:30 AM, was still blasting at ear bleeding level. They were still trying to get a technician to shut it off.
The fire alarm went off during our stay, but the staff quickly reassured everyone that it wasn’t a fire just a leak in the lobby. Accidents happen and sometimes they’re beyond anyone’s control. The front desk handled the situation calmly and professionally. Despite the inconvenience, I would definitely stay here again.
I’ve stayed in countless hotels, but nothing even comes close to the experience I had at TownePlace Suites. From the moment I walked in, I knew this stay would be different. The Staff A huge shoutout to *Megan* and the *Manager!* They made my check-in an absolutely unforgettable experience.
