Excellent customer service, great breakfast
Visiting in El Paso tx booked this hotel and I’m so happy I did we are having a great experience here thanks to Kim the GM and Raul G thank you for the great hospitality you have made our stay amazing .very clean rooms overall the property is beautiful.
Evelyn and the other female desk attendant were horrid. My kids and I asked repeatedly for a different room or cleaning since it smelled Horrible the entire time. Everything was out of service, they wouldn't clean the room unless scheduled like other places, they didn't even replenish toilet paper and towels. They kept a cat as a pet that attacked my dog and we're extremely allergic to cats, and asked instead not to walk my dog around there, and it's the area designated For dogs. Great central location. 3 star only because we had to carry our bags up 4 flights of stairs because the elevators weren't working!
The manager Dora Marin is rude as heck! Elevators don’t work ,building is hot no one cares to be nice just a horrible experience with some things and some people. Gloria Marin refused to give us corporates or overall managers information and if she felt she did nothing wrong she would not have had a problem giving us the information.
