The bathroom was dirty, stocked with only half a roll of toilet paper and nearly empty shower gel and shampoo. The hallways reeked, and disturbingly, I found a pair of women’s slides and a hair tie in my room. I travel alone, and my wife is at home — this is completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness and the presence of someone else’s belongings raise serious concerns about your housekeeping standards and security. This experience was both unsanitary and unprofessional, far below what I expect from Marriott.

I’ve been staying here for over 13 days, and not once has housekeeping come to clean my room. Trash has piled up, towels are never replaced, and the overall cleanliness is unacceptable. The service is just as bad—every time I’ve tried to address these issues, the front desk has been rude and dismissive. It feels like they simply don’t care about their guests at all.
