WARNING: High crime area and this hotel has NO exterior cameras. A thief came during the night and ripped out our car’s catalytic converters. The hotel did nothing, offered nothing, and the attendant actually laughed at us! By far the worst Marriott experience we’ve had in over 20 years of patronage.
Booked through Priceline and both Priceline and the hotel confirmed our stay through the correct date at check-in. The night before our flight home, we returned to find all of our belongings removed from the room—no call, no warning, nothing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great!!
First time I stayed here I slipped in shower while with father in hospital after being airlifted from Roswell NM. I did let GM know named Kimmery Gums. Today I book again and get there to checkin and are told the room has plumbing issues and there is no where else to put us. We book next store to them same parking lot at Fairfield Inn and find out same owners and GM. Why couldn't we just be put there. Now having to spend time getting a hold of booking service to make sure we are refunded.
