Bob was fantastic. His install and maintenance have been great and it is a pleasure to deal with him. Support local!!!
Our gas water heater was leaking and in need of replacement. Bob supplied two recommendations and we opted for a Navien condensing, tankless system. It was relocated to the outside wall, freeing up floor space and it is so quiet. His workmanship is professional, meticulous and he is local.

The company was supposed to do a large job for me (approx $3000) back in September. The plumber came to my house to assess the situation and give me a quote. Didn't receive the quote until a couple weeks after his visit, however, I was satisfied with the price so we picked a week in September for the work to be done. The week the work was supposed to be done, I called him to confirm and he said he could not do it then as originally planned.
