AT FIRST when it was that 'bruh' Zander and grumpy lady Kathy,( both rude) we wanted out of our lease but then Erica started she was so nice and actually helpful we went from wanting to move out early to staying on another year and our friends now want to rent our apartment because we graduate! Erica is well liked by a lot of people who live at the townies. She remembers names and makes small talk and puts you at ease. She makes sure things are handled.
Erica has been such a great help with getting us out of our lease early and is really the best when you need anything handled. She is so attentive and really wants the best for all, couldn’t ask for a better manger of the town houses keep up the great work!
Great convenient location. Updated townhome. Easy living. Safe and comfortable. On site management. Great overall.
