Active bats in the buildings and they are aware of the issue but refuse to fix it, they just let you to not leave doors and windows open, yet the issue is the bats are in the walls. The maintenance guy has said it’s been an issue for the last 10 years
I lived here for a year or so and it was good. When we had a roommate issue, Erica in the office not only helped us navigate the process but listened and cares. The maintenance guys were always nice and helped too. The other lady in the office was nice but Erica always seemed to be the one who knew what was going on and she just made it easy for us to not be scared to ask for help.
My daughter just moved out of the townies. What a great experience we had. The grounds are well kept. The units are clean and large. I like that there is staff in the office on site all day. There is one woman named Erica in that office who is a dream. She made us feel welcome. Anytime I had a question, she had the answer and made sure we were clear and got what we needed.
AT FIRST when it was that 'bruh' Zander and grumpy lady Kathy,( both rude) we wanted out of our lease but then Erica started she was so nice and actually helpful we went from wanting to move out early to staying on another year and our friends now want to rent our apartment because we graduate! Erica is well liked by a lot of people who live at the townies. She remembers names and makes small talk and puts you at ease. She makes sure things are handled.
Erica has been such a great help with getting us out of our lease early and is really the best when you need anything handled. She is so attentive and really wants the best for all, couldn’t ask for a better manger of the town houses keep up the great work!
