After a recent experience obtaining a loan through Benchmark Mortgage I CANNOT recommend Benchmark Mortgage. The representative was woefully misinformed which caused us to end up with a higher rate, the office manager would not return phone calls or emails, they constantly were coming back at the last minute asking for information or explanations even though they had documents for months and even after the loan closed were asking for signatures on documents that had been overlooked.
