Michelle has gone out of her way for me ever since living here for only 5 months. Any time something needs to be fixed or taken care of, she is prompt, professional, and efficient. The maintenance men and outside workers, along with the cleaning people, are also excellent. In addition, ever since I moved here, I cannot get over how many people have been so kind to me (and most of them don't even know I'm new here). I've lived here about 2 1/2 years and have my experience has been mostly positive. The location is one of the best in Capital area. It's right next groceries, shopping, restaurants, medical care, major highways. Everything's a few minutes away. Apartment includes dishwasher, air conditioning, on site laundry, EV charging, and mail boxes. Trim in the apartment is pretty middle of the road. We have been living here for 4 years now. Michelle in the rental office has been extremely helpful to us since the moment we applied to live here. She helped us through every step of the application and move in process. We have very much enjoyed our apartment so far at Towne Tower. The entire staff does a great job
Wonderful location with excellent amenities and spacious units. Location is close to the highway and public transportation, making the commute to work/school pretty simple. Residents, maintenance staff, and the property manager are all very friendly and kind. I was happy to call this place home while I was in the capital region!
