I'm so glad I made the move to Towne Terrace. The staff was exceptional shout out to Danielle and Toni they made the moving process simple. I can't thank them enough. The apartment is nice, I especially like the rooftop terrace it's to die for. The view leaves you speechless.
Do y'all own or rent? Don't mind the Star's I am leaving this place, as there should be no stars who live in the building.
If you don't want people to rent here, please remove the phone number and any available or ‘soon to be’ available apartments. I can’t begin to explain how many phone calls forms , postal mail and drive by visits have been attempted. Spoke ONE time to Isabel and haven't had luck since. Such a shame. I guess it’s a ‘who you know’ process to get in. Relocating and had high hopes to move forward with the application after a tour but to no avail. Bad business practices, period.
I have called several times because I'm moving to Vegas in about a month. This is the only building that meets all of my needs and you don't even give me the courtesy of a return call
I'm relocating to Las Vegas next month and I've been trying to contact this property for 2 weeks now and I cant get a hold of anyone, I really like the layouts its just disappointing and frustrating that no one will return my calls. I've left voicemails and sent emails and nothing! Oh well their lost
