I was lied to and told that I can access the storage unit today, as this is my last day at my apartment. My payment was collected under the agreement that I will access the unit same day as payment and right after I pay I am being told that nothing can be done abd I cannot store my things until the next day. I do not understand why a member of your staff can mislead someone in need of your services and I stand to have all of belongings thrown out by my apartment. Convenient location - facility is well kept and clean. Office folks were very helpful and friendly.
Got a inside 10x10 it was very clean and easy to get to. One of the best places I have rented.
What an amazing place, I have a few units and every time I need help or a question, everyone that works there is so amazing and easy to talk to!
