Working with Nicholette has been super easy. She’s gone out of her way to help and assist us with our concerns and has taken care of us from the beginning. Overall I’d recommend renting a unit from this ExtraSpace location.
I’ve had a storage unit at this location twice. I’ll be back when I need storage space again. They are friendly, safe, and convenient
I felt very bait-and-switched with my experience renting from these guys. Sure, there is a provision in the agreement that states they can raise the rent at any time provided they give notice, but I also wasn’t expecting the price increases to be so massive, less than 5 months into the rental. The units need to be better sealed as well. You always expect a little bit of dust in these outdoor facilities but I went over a few weeks after the iron fire and there was so much ash on all of my stuff that I couldn’t believe it.
