Great service and location.
I'm super disappointed about our experience with Towne storage. Our unit was infested with mice. When we rented from them we felt okay using them because they had steel wool in place to keep the mice out, as we are told. We only used it for 3 months while in between homes and all of my household things were covered in mouse droppings and wreaked of mice, dead and alive. We found 2 dead and one alive in our unit. Nicholette is seriously like the best person I've ever worked with, she's been helping me the last almost 3 years! Got this unit in 2022. I visit often, I am not the kind of person who just let's their stuff sit. I go every other week to update my stuff, and clean my unit, so I know on a frequent basis what good service Towne Storage has. 😊 She's always extremely positive and happy everytime I see her, she's been very helpful to help my ex husband and I figure out how to split our units, and get me my own, and his own.
